Prescriptions

To request a repeat prescription:

1. We are delighted to be part of the first Gp Practices to offer repeat prescriptions through the Pippo App. Further information to follow.

2. To order through this website. Please go to the contact page and fill in the contact box. Please provide your full name, address, D.O.B, the medication name and your pharmacy.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request for a repeat prescription.
• Before issuing any prescription a doctor will check when you last attended, when you last had investigations eg blood tests etc.
• Many medications require monitoring of your blood tests and vitals.
• In order to ensure your safety we will need to perform a medical review with you in person at least once per year if you are on regular medications in some cases this may be a more frequent review.
• If we have reviewed you recently and all your investigations are up to date, we will issue a prescription for 6 -12 months.
• In line with the IMC guidelines, it is our practice policy that Benzodiazepines, Z-Class sleeping tablets or Opiate analgesia will not be routinely prescribed.
• Please let us know if you have stopped and of your medications or if there has been any changes made by other medical professionals. This again is very important for your safety.
